Selling online strictly ensures loyal O Cosmedics followers get stock and up-to-date information where convenient. Whilst we have your needs in mind, please note that because we do not have the benefit of seeing your skin or speaking with you regarding your skin concerns, the responsibility to choose the right products lies with you. For this reason, we can not take back stock sold over the Internet.
Return Unopened Cosmetics/Skincare Products
If you change your mind, you may return your order, provided the item is:
- Unopened and unused
- Sealed in its original packaging
- In resalable condition
This ensures every customer receives products that are safe and uncompromised.
Why Opened Products Can’t Be Returned
